Conditions of Use

Liability of Concept Design, L.L.C., its officers, employees
and directors is limited to a refund of the purchase price
of our product if it is returned unused within 30 days of
purchase. This limitation of liability applies to all
damages of any kind including (without limitation)
compensatory, direct, indirect, special or consequential
damages, loss of or damage to property, loss of income and
claims of third parties.

Terms of Use:

Minors

Any person under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to
purchase our products. All purchases of the Erbo pipe will
be age verified at the participating retailer site.
Erbopipe.com utilizes the "mature" tag in our site to
ensure that cyber tracking programs intended to filter out
adult content from minors shall be able to do their job
properly. Erbopipe.com rigorously enforces our company
